Using our own physical-chemical lab equipped with the best technology, it is possible to constantly manage the performance of the rubber rolls, control the raw material, check the production, measure and develop all the properties of the rubber compounds.

Our balanced formulas blend the hardness needed to keep the husking with the softness needed to prevent the grains from being damaged, providing a higher husking rate.

The rolls are supplied in a carbon steel and/or aluminum drum, they receive a special treatment on their surface, with the application of the best adhesives on the global market, providing total adhesion between the parts.

This line of rubber rolls has advanced according to our customers' needs to ensure the cost and the benefit. These products keep the performance from the beginning to the end without losing their main drag property. The rubber rolls EQUILIBRIUM are suitable for huskers producing up to 3.000 (three thousand) kg/h of paddy rice.

- RUBBER ROLL PERFORMANCE

In order to supply a market demand for high production rolls, the PERFORMANCE rubber rolls were created. Their main characteristic is durability in high production huskers. Its technology guarantees excellent performance from the beginning to the end, using low husking pressure. This advantage is crucial for the perfect husker maintenance. Although they are more durable, the PERFORMANCE rubber rolls are made to keep the Zaccaria quality standard: reliability and work stability.

- RUBBER ROLLS EXTREME

The EXTREME rubber rolls have been designed and developed with high quality raw materials to work in high production huskers. It was designed to resist the high loads, they mix the high production, work stability, and consequently the reliability.

- RUBBER ROLLS SUPER EXTREME

The SUPER EXTREME rubber rolls have been developed with an aluminum drum and a new rubber compound. These characteristics guarantee greater husking performance from the start to the finish, providing greater working stability and durability and generating the best cost-benefit rate on the market.
