The impurities separation on this equipment is done by the difference of density. It has a ventilation system with individual adjustment which produces an upwards air flow through perforated screens increasing the dispersion between the impurities and the grains. The screens perforation size and geometry are dimensioned according to the grains to be processed. This ventilation process is associated with a vibratory movement of the sieve, with adjustable inclination, ensuring the separation of the impurities denser than the grains, such as the stones, clods, metals and others.
