This machine has been designed to remove the germ and peel from maize grains by utilizing semi-humid process. After duly conditioning the grains pass through the multiprocessor pressure chamber where the germ and peel are removed, providing the polishing of grains.

The DHZ-2 releases any other type of equipment to separate the germ from the hominy.
